Heady C. Larson

Heady C. Larson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Western Kentucky University and completed Master's and Post Master's certificates from Murray State University in the area of Elementary Education, Gifted Education, and Educational Leadership. As a former teacher and building level principal, Heady currently works for the Kentucky Department of Education as an English-Language Arts Content Specialist and adjunct professor at Murray State University. In both capacities, her work centers around assisting educations with implementation of the Common Core State Standards—especially focusing on high quality teaching, learning & assessment through effective leadership. Heady lives in Western Kentucky with her husband and family.
