Susan Zoller

Susan Zoller, Project Director for the Ohio Teacher Evaluation Pilot project, has worked for 35 years as a teacher, principal, curriculum director, and deputy superintendent to support effective teaching and learning in public schools. She has training as a teacher, administrator, and reading specialist and has worked and taught at all levels, elementary through college, across the country from Pennsylvania to Washington State. Ms. Zoller recently worked as Deputy Superintendent for Bellingham Public Schools in Washington, a position she held for ten years. During her tenure there, she worked closely with teachers and administrators to ensure that curriculum and assessment of instruction were high priority areas and that all staff knew how to teach and assess learning. Recently, Ms. Zoller has worked on three state-wide projects in Colorado, Kentucky, and Wyoming.
